Operations applies to all field service (both contracted and billed service clients), supply chain services (sourcing, warehousing, fulfillment), and equipment services (planning, evaluations, removals, installations, disposals).

Core to this is the Supply Chain team, who is responsible for the effective and efficient sourcing, warehousing, and fulfillment of all products needed to support RS&A's client commitments.
Products are defined as parts, tools, and equipment necessary to complete a task.
Each member of the Supply Chain team will directly interface with two unique sets of clients - field service engineers, who are our primary customers, and the cancer treatment center staff, who are the front line to the patients.
This requires someone who possesses a high level of professionalism, ethics, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Scope of Duties:
Great service organizations are continually looking for ways to improve delivery while optimizing costs.
Central to this objective is Supply Chain Management.
Given the critical nature of the service we provide our clients, it is imperative that our engineers get the high quality parts they need quickly, accurately.
The core responsibilities for this position include:
Order Requests & Procurements Process all Order Requests and Restocks from RS&A.
Supports International shipment needs as needed.
Support physical inventory audits of the Forum Parkway warehouse as directed.
Closing FSE and outside sales work orders Quality control Continually improve our operations, including, but not limited to, presenting the business case for infrastructure investments as part of our annual operations planning activities.
Complete all quality checks in alignment with the Materials Handling process for any items being brought back into RS&A's inventory.
Actively participate in RS&A's corrective action program.
Outbound shelf management Ensure the outbound shelf is organized, clean, accessible and safe.
Performance management Coordinate, execute, and evaluate work performance via the Warehouse Associate (Outbound) dashboard.
Required training - to be provided by RS&A Forklift training Hazmat training IATA training International shipment training Required Skillset:
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:

years of prior warehouse experience with good knowledge of inventory activities (sourcing, storage, tracking) Ability to lift at least 70lbs Strong interpersonal communication, writing, project management, and administrative skills Prior forklift experience preferred - training and certification will be provided Intermediate PC skills, including MS Office Suite and Google Docs Valid driver's license required High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
