This position is located on-site in the corporate headquarters in Concord, NC.

The Customer Relations Representative will interact with customers and store associates to provide and process information in response to order management inquiries, concerns, and operational complaints/concerns.
Applicants must be able to work with limited supervision while still being able to achieve key performance metrics.
The schedule for this position is 2 pm - 11 pm Tuesday - Saturday.
What you will do:
Communicate directly with customers & store staff either by telephone or email.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live-calls and emails.
Manage and resolve customer complaints in partnership with store operations personnel or directly via consumer contact.
Process and review order management tasks via multi-faceted web programs.
Maintain various customer data bases.
Communicate and coordinate professionally with consumers and corporate staff of various levels.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution.
Qualifications/Requirements Knowledge of basic computer skills required Customer-service experience in a live environment (preferred.
) Knowledge of customer-service principles and practices (preferred.
)
