Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Travel Medsurg Telemetry RNs to join our team and provide exceptional care to patients in Charlotte, NC, and the surrounding areas. As a Travel RN, you will have the opportunity to explore new environments while utilizing your skills to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a Medsurg Telemetry setting
Assess patients' conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and self-care techniques
Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina
Minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Medsurg Telemetry nursing
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently
Assignment Details:
13-week assignments with the option to extend
Both day shifts and night shifts available
Options for 36 guaranteed hours weekly or 48 hours guaranteed weekly
Pay packages range from $1,944 to $2,700 weekly
