Servers must be quick on their feet and able to handle a lot of different tasks at once, as well as possess exceptional customer service skills.
We're looking for candidates who are hard-working and enjoy providing friendly, efficient service to all restaurant patrons and who have a passion for the foodservice industry.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service to customers, being able to anticipate and fulfill their needs.
Accurately take orders and process payments from customers.
Know the menu very well and be able to recommend menu items to customers.
Take food orders from customers both in person and on the phone.
Follow health regulations for food preparation; knows when to refer customers to the manager or health inspector.
Keep track of the restaurant's inventory so the restaurant does not run out of supplies; know when items need re-ordering.
