Maintain data on database for liquid extracts Maintain microbiology results, send monthly micro verifications to 3rd party lab Maintain & update laboratory procedures, forms, etc.
, for approval by QA Supervisor Knowledgeable in the SQF process & enforcement of its procedures Knowledgeable in the HACCP process & corrective actions Identifies non-conforming product & gathers pertinent information needed to help determine disposition Maintain retain samples & prepare samples for test evaluation during production/MFG Provide Complete COAs to customers in a timely manner Maintain microbiology results, send monthly micro verifications to 3rd party lab Participate in testing (physical, microbiological, &organoleptic) Conduct QA Lab special projects as assigned by QA Manager Assist with Compliance audits -- both internal & external customer audits Train new employees Review & file COAs for incoming raw materials (Coffee) Perform physical & microbiological testing of finished products & other samples Update QA Weekly report Maintain SDS Sheets for lab chemicals Perform ATP swabs analysis to verify sanitation procedures Perform duties as assigned in the areas of Food Safety, Preventive Controls & Food Defense Other duties as assigned Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
