WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN THIS ROLE:
Ensures the Blue Carpet delivery experience is set up and ready for the customer.
Prepares the customer's unit for orientation.
Greets customers upon arrival with positive energy and leads them to their unit for delivery.
Guides the customers through the orientation with hands on instruction and answering the customers questions.
Identifies and discusses the benefits of optional camping enhancements.
Guarantees the customer is equipped to utilize RV Complete.
Creates an exceptional customer delivery experience and promotes social reviews.
Initiates meet and greet with the customer's service advisor.
Confirms service appointment is set prior to leaving the dealership.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Positive energy and a strong commitment to the customer experience.
Ability to promote and sell camping enhancements.
Professional character and work ethic.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
