From oil changes and tires to engine replacement and electrical diagnosis; simply put, we fix cars.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, developing relationships, and exceeding all expectations.
You will coordinate the workflow of technicians.
You will also recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers.
Qualifications / Requirements include:
? 2
years sales and customer service / retail experience for service advisor positions a big plus ? Excellent communication and sales skills ? An outgoing personality ? Automotive experience in direct repair with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance ? ASE certifications preferred for manager role; service advisor role can be learned if mechanically minded ? Ability to multi-task in a customer focused retail environment, while ensuring accuracy of work ? Good computer and phone skills ? Ability to effectively communicate well verbally and in writing ? Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays ? Be able to pass background check ? Valid driver's license ? High school degree and/or some college preferred Equal Opportunity Employer.
