Job Description:
Northeast Digestive Health Center is looking for a motivated professional with customer service experience.
This is a full-time position with benefits, and a competitive salary.
The Patient Services Representative will primarily be responsible for answering calls in our business office on a multi-line phone system to schedule procedures and office visits, answer patient questions, and direct calls to the appropriate person/department.
Other duties may be requested at times.
Applicant should have excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and critical thinking skills.
