As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
Welcoming customers & checking them in for service, gathering information, explaining the inspection process, and collecting signed work orders prior to any repairs or servicing is done.
Proactively communicate with customers throughout their visits to the center and keeping them informed, as issues with their vehicle arise.
Receiving payment, communicating Meineke financing options for service provided.
Following up on any customer issues or complaints; ensuring they are resolved.
Managing daily customer callback process to ensure appointments are set.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
