This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, REMOTE, Mon-Fri 8:
30am-5pm or 9:
00am-5:
30pm.
The ideal candidate should reside in Central or Eastern Time zone.
Job SummaryThe CSR processes inbound orders from our referral sources and requests for assistance from our patients through a variety of mediums, including inbound and outbound calls, faxes, and e-mails.
The successful candidate must become proficient in the use of our enterprise system to enable the accurate processing of new patient orders and re-orders for existing patients.
