HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Implementing and complying with all Krispy Kreme accounting and cash management policies, practices, and procedures Training and supervising the office bookkeepers Assist GM with completing Profit and Loss statements, inventory, payroll, receiving, human resources employee packages and file maintenance Assist the GM in scheduling of interviews and pre-employment drug screen & background check data entry Providing assistance to store management in all other areas of administration that is necessary at the store level Communicating with customers and the corporate office about any accounting and administrative issues Assist GM with employee new hire paperwork Answer telephone in a timely manner and utilize Krispy Kreme greeting procedures Other duties as assigned YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Two year business degree or equivalent experience Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Office management experience is preferred NY ONLY:
