7K a year Duties Create Screenprint separations, taking into account the deadlines.
Create spec sheets, notifying the Production Department of garment, ink and sequence, placement, etc.
Upload and link spec sheets onto the ERP.
Spend time on production floor to learn the process of printing.
Partner with Production to address art-related issues as needed, and increase efficiency of production.
Communicate daily with other artists in other facilities across the US and Central America.
Work with the Senior Manager of Art and Development in the US on setting and achieving goals.
Experience Proven experience as a Production Artist or similar role, 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in advanced computer software including the Adobe CC Suite.
(primarily Illustrator & Photoshop) as well as Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple projects at a time and set priorities to hit deliverables on time.
Embrace change with a positive attitude.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
Education/Certification Requirements:
Degree in Graphic Design or experience in print/print-related field preferred.
