Job Description:
Manages the daily business operations of the practice through the development of strong partnership relations with the providers and mentoring relationships with staff.
Ensures the alignment of the practice with the core purpose and beliefs of the company.
Manages the financial performance of the practice, with strong emphasis on revenue growth, revenue/expense leverage, asset management, and contribution margin achievement to plan and growth over prior year.
Manages the employee performance and development processes.
Qualifications:
The candidate must have at minimum 3 years of experience as a dental office manager, have a comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures, should understand productive doctor and hygiene scheduling, collections, Able to present and close financial arrangements.
This candidate must have amazing customer service skills.
