Responsibilities:
Customers are #1 and, in this role, you will:
Deliver superior customer service through proper phone techniques, as well as to walk-in customers.
Assist personal & business Customers with determining storage needs.
Rent storage units to attain store revenue goals.
Offer Sales of related merchandise.
Offer Insurance Products to Protect Customers Stored Property.
Perform Property maintenance/upkeep.
(Level 1).
Market property locally.
Experience:
We are looking for candidates with 2 years of retail/sales experience who possess excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dynamic sales team.
You will receive the training needed to excel in one of the fastest-growing industries.
Experience working at a privately owned self-storage facility is preferred.
