Field Service Technician
Manpower is seeking qualified professionals for a direct hire Field Service Technician position with a top company located in Concord, NC.
Key responsibilities for this role are to travel to client locations in the US to install, maintain, and repair large equipment and machines.
Perform mechanical skills including; mechanical, electrical (basic wiring connections), pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and investigating problems, conducting tests, commissioning and training.
Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, recommending system improvements, confidentiality.
Must be able to stand on a ladder, lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable in plant conditions (hot/cold).
Must be able to travel 75% annually and work weekends if needed.
