Assist with development of line of business strategies, business plan, and target portfolio.
Implement initiatives to ensure goals are met.
Develop financial and non financial goals and objectives for individual underwriters.
Ensure underwriting practices are consistent with company guidelines and underwriting strategies.
Interpret and communicate quantitative and qualitative analyses of Professional Liability business unit.
Identify deficiencies in underwriting and implement corrective actions
Develop and mentor junior underwriters.
