Machine OperatorThe ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in operation of HAAS andFanuc controls.
Our work is based around a high setup environment so the ability to understandsetups is a mustOur ideal candidate relies on limited experience and judgementto plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks.
Minimum Requirements? Able to measure parts using micrometers and calipers? Ability to read a blueprint? Best Candidate/Plus:
2-3 years of CNC experience? Performed quality checks using a micrometers and caliper? Has some knowledge of tool changes or set-upsResponsibilities? Assist with setup and operation of CNC machines and secondary machines? Assemble machined components? Inspect, deburr and wash machined parts? Packing of machined parts and materials? Perform tool changes? Performing offsetsAdditional Requirements? Must be a US Citizen? Good written and oral communication? Must be able to lift 50 lbs with varying frequency.
? Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
? Other job duties as required
