LPN Licensed Practical Nurse LTC - Rehab Job Information:
As a LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse with White Glove Placement, you will perform a variety of tasks in a LTC, GERIATRIC Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients. You will be responsible for the day-to-day care and provide bedside care to GERIATRIC and/ or LTC- Long Term Care sick, injured or disabled patients/residents in the Home including; documenting vitals, carry out physicians orders, administer medication and treatments etc.
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Job Requirements:
Active LPN Licensed Practical Nurse License
Authorized to work in USA
1-year nursing experience Required
