Apartment Maintenance Technician needed 40 hours per week for new 66 unit apartment building for ages 55 and older. M-F, 8-5. Property is located behind Food Lion Shopping Center off George Liles Blvd in Concord. Vacation and paid absent hours. Experience in minor HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical and unit turnovers. Responsible for keeping all common areas clean. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and tools required. Must pass criminal check and drug test. Some emergency calls on nights and weekends. $9-10 per hour. Great position for retired person.
