This position is located at Sysco Charlotte in Concord, NC.
Basic Function
Assists in the preparation and data entry of Corporate, National Accounts/Multi-Unit Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Departments' deviated agreements. Assists with appropriation accounts reconciliation and any issues that may come up with agreements. Perform research and make corrections of agreements entered. Read and interpret instructions to enter or maintain deals.
Review, interpret, and administer deviated contracts
Maintain current contract bid/price rules
Keep all deviated contracts current with new changes adds/deletes
Enter weekly pricing for specific customers
Manage specifically assigned customer group contracts - local and corporate
Maintain customer group IDS
Daily review and research pricing problems
Set up all Bid Pricing
Input and maintain vendor agreements in SUS
Scan all vendor agreements
Run and maintain customer error tracking
Hooks customers to National ID
Make sure new customers are tied to pricing and groups as they are set up by credit
Download and enter SPIN agreements in a timely manner
Scan all agreements and changes entered into Liberty
Run and maintain customer error tracking
Any other duties as requested by department manager
Computer Skills - Must possess proficient computer skills. AS400 experience is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to use a ten-key adding machine with tape
Good follow up ability with vendors, intra and inter departments
Ability to communicate verbally as well as in writing
Good organizational skills
Must be able to be multi-tasked and Detail oriented
Ability to adhere to strict date sensitive timelines.
Ability to read and comprehend pricing contracts and deals.
Education and/or Experience
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent . Associates Degree Preferred.
One year general office experience
Stable work history - no more than 4 jobs in the last 2 yers
Ability to read and comprehend simple or detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Requirements:
This work requires the following physical activities: bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs. of material, finger dexterity for activities such as data entry and calculator use, grasping, repetitive motions, speaking, hearing, visual acuity, and mobility between departments. Use of both hands is required. The work is performed primarily indoors.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
