Major CNC Machine Tool manufacturer and distributor seeks experienced Field Service Technician with extensive experience in installing, troubleshooting and maintaining machine tools from brands including, but not limited to, DMG Mori Seiki, Haas, Doosan, Mazak, Makino or similar.
Academic Credentials:
B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or other relevant Engineering field.
Experience:
5
years experience maintaining, repairing and installing industrial automation solutions, including CNC machine tools.
Mechanical repair, electrical diagnoses and troubleshooting of PLCs from Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi or other is required. Programming of PLCs is a plus, but not a requirement.
Shall:
Travel to customer sites and perform regular preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, updates to PLC software and troubleshoot CNC Machine Tools.
Train end users in operation of CNC machining centers, turning centers, lathes, robotics or other equipment as needed.
