Computer Repair Manager / Senior IT Technician

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager who can help lead a team of technicians in problem solving, solution design, and providing excellent customer service.
This will be a fun, challenging and diverse long-term position, for the right candidate.
Requirements:
Extensive Small to Medium Business IT experience.
Proficiency and deep understanding of Windows, Server and OS X software and hardware.
Experience with designing, quoting and installing budget-conscious IT Solutions (including router, firewall, network, wifi, server, workstations, security, etc).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must (including clear, concise written communication).
An understanding of the benefits, challenges, diversity, and flexibility required when working with a small, close-knit, service-oriented team.
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, honest, efficient, courteous, and professional at all times.
Compensation is based on experience and proficiency, with additional commission based on service & sales performance, with room to grow.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
