TEGRA in Concord, NC is seeking highly motivated and driven individuals who are looking to work for a company that VALUES their employees!Requirements:
Must be able to multi-task and move around to different production areas, as needed.
Must be able to work at a steady pace.
Must be able to stand, squat, and kneel for 8
hours at a time.
Must be able to work in excessive heat and cold temperatures.

Clean and/or prepare screens and other tools for use.
Label, tag, hang or stack product.
Load and unload product onto the printing press or into bins/boxes.
Pack or unpack garments.
Transfer completed product to/from oven conveyor.
Use bagging machine to bag garments.
Assist other team members and departments with various duties to complete customer orders.
Effectively communicate with other team members.
Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
Comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Ability to be flexible with hoursEducation/Certification Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
