Vehicle Description STK 2849 1956 Ford Club Sedan The Fairlane Club Sedan with its fully chromed front end, stylish taillights and subtle rear fins was 1956 to perfection.
That said, you will not find a restored '56 Restomod classic like this one ever again.
That said, the professional ground-up, frame-off restoration (2019) is nothing short of perfection - photos only begin to tell the story.
Everything is new - exterior, interior, drivetrain, suspension, electrics, lights, bolts/nuts, rubber everything.
The Club Sedan was carefully reshot with an exceptional 2-stage finish of Bermuda Blue/Colonial White.
Exterior accents include stunning chrome/stainless pieces, classic 'Thunderbird' hood ornament, front/rear bumper guards and 15 US Mags w/BFGoodrich T/A radial tires.
The interior is a work of art - beauty and comfort with grey leather seating, matching door cards and a stunning classic dash fitted with an analogue/digital gauge package.
There are power front bucket seats, a full console w/shifter and premium sound system.
Additional features include power-tinted windows, power locks, racing-style tilt column/wheel, Vintage Air system and an upholstered trunk.
Under the hood is one of Ford's most iconic powerplants - a 429 Super Cobra Jet (SCJ).
This most powerful version of the '385 series' engine has been totally built to provide a stated 600+bhp.
It is fitted with Holley's 'Sniper' EFI self-tuning throttle-body fuel injection on an aluminum Weiand intake, 'shorty' headers and a stainless exhaust.
Cooling is provided by an HD aluminum radiator w/electric fan.
Behind the 429 SCJ is a C-6 automatic transmission and 9 Ford differential with street gearing.
The spotless undercarriage is equipped with a 'FatMan' front suspension, rack/pinion power steering, 4-wheel power disc brakes and a baffled fuel cell.
Look at the photos again - the attention to detail applied to the restoration of this Club Sedan is superb.
This Ford is ready for a new owner who will appreciate the beauty, style and superb restoration of this full-size classic.
