Vehicle Description STK 3249 1968 Ford Mustang The first redesign of the original Mustang concept was released for the 1967 model year.
It was offered as a coupe, a 2+2 fastback and a convertible.
The overall size, interior and cargo space were increased and exterior trim changes included concave taillights and side scoops.
A partial restoration of this nice Gen2 coupe began in 2010 and was completed with final engine work in 2022.
The body was repainted Candy Apple Red and is fitted with the 'Sprint' fog light package, turn-signal hood and 15 chrome REV Classic alloys that mount BFGoodrich T/A Radials.
The interior was reupholstered in black vinyl and a classic wood grain wheel was installed.
The dash holds a full compliment of factory gauges and the JVC-HDR/60 stereo system plays AM/FM/CD w/Bluetooth.
The Mustang is powered by a built 302 Ford Windsor with numerous upgrades that include a Ford hi-rise aluminum manifold, Holly 600CFM, Tri-Y tube headers and Summit exhaust system.
